5 tph sorting system in Thailand

The plant recycles approximately 20 tons per day municipal solid wastes with sorting and anaerobic digestion technologies. The recyclables are separated out for sale, the organics are digested into biogas and then converted into electricity by gas engine.

The sorting system includes feeding, bag opening, ballistic separation and magnetic separation units.

The biogas system selects plug flow high solid anaerobic digestion technology producing methane at the yield of 100 cube meters per ton with 60% purity.
