2*50 tph sorting system in Vietnam

The plant processes 2,000 tons per day household wastes with sorting, plastics recycling, composting and WTE (under construction) technologies.

The sorting system includes primary shredder, trommel screen, magnet, wind-shifter and conveyors. The separated-out organics are sending to aerobic composting system for compost fertilizer production.

The film plastics (PE and PP) are recycled into pellets for selling to lower quality requirement application. The rest combustibles will be processed into RDF for burning in the WTE (waste to energy) system.
